Hobson History Museum

We are excited to bring to Vanderhoof and the world the Hobson History Museum. This new edition to the community highlights the lives of Admiral Richmond Pearson Hobson and his son and local Vanderhoof legend Rich Hobson Jr, plus many other influential people of the 20th Century.

Hobson History Museum Collection Major Finds

In the last year and a half, the Hobson Project Team has been concentrating on sorting, identifying and cataloguing thousands of pictures and articles dating back to the civil war and up to 1966, covering the lives of Admiral Richmond Pearson Hobson, his wife Grizelda Hull Hobson, their son Richmond Junior Hobson and families. Here are some of the major finds to date.
